(5) How do I leverage my business?
In network marketing all residual sales come down to people looking for solutions to their problem, and if you can figure that out you will have a loyal customer. You have to be in the pathway of where people happen to be when they are looking for their solutions to be solved, more and more people seek solutions via the internet.
The most effective way to invest in your prospect is for you to give first of your knowledge(information)with the right message at the right time to the right audience. Always pile on value by giving them free quality content. People are seeking information, and you need to provide it with information marketing. Now, ask yourself these questions:
What do I do when a prospect calls me?
(1) Thank them for their purchase of a product or service.
(2) Take into consideration their expectations.
(3) Seek to create a positive customer experience.
(4) Focus on their wants and needs, not yours(give first).
(5) Use permission based verbiage. (ex. If I may ask? Would you be
comfortable with sharing your needs).
(6) This call is a fact finding mission so that you can best
prepare and present an "individualized" or "tailored" solution
for them.
(7) Find out what their challenges are and help solve them.
(8) Implementing a consultative approach because you cannot give
information without getting information first!
How do I get people to call me or email me?
(1) Position yourself as an expert.
(2) Do not give your prospect average efforts because that brings
bad results.
(3) Provide information that is unique and specialized.
(4) Information on your products or services need to be valuable
to your prospects.
How a networker gets a prospect to sell themselves?
(1) Drip educational material on them.
(2) Provide ongoing service to them without having them commit to
you.
(3) Model consistency.
Always remember for things to get better you have to get better! The word "Poor", means someone (Passes On Opportunities Repeatedly), and thrives insanity, doing the same things over and over looking for a different result!
